MasterCard Mascot Experience

We developed an experience to activate physical match day assets, which needed to be shifted to a virtual setting. 4 Mascots in 4 different locations all of whom ended up being life size in the tunnel for the team arrival at the UCL final, they were joined by a former player and collated into a single screen feed.

This solution has changed the way physical assets can be activated. Augmenting to include online versions provides expanded reach and further available inventory, even with the return to physical experience.

The activation was picked up by numerous broadcasters, amassing over 500,000 social media impressions.

UEFA Champions League & Europa League

This series of events, brought together UEFA with their global partnership network in fully virtual attended summit & workshop sessions. The events were hosted hybrid, with some physical and remote contributors, viewed by an audience across the globe.

The events were a platform to share information and key updates with all UEFA partners, facilitating connections with valuable existing partners & prospects. This event incorporated territories such as Russia & Asia who required a globally accessible platform.


Alipay Dream Tour

This project provided a solution to delivering a right that could not be delivered as standard, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A new approach to hybrid hospitality activation, saw multiple satellite events held in person in China for an exclusive VIP audience. This in person hospitality delivery blended with a former player meet & greet, and finally culminated with player arrival interaction.

This activation provided an elevated experience, giving everyone a virtual front row seat, forging a lasting impression with a larger number of guests.

Moving forward this new approach to a globally activated campaign expands the possible reach of assets and will allow increased inventory available for rights holders & their partners.


VIP Virtual Match Day Experience

The shows provided Vitality the opportunity to engage with clients, staff and members during a time when it was not physically possible. What we have learned from delivering these online experiences is that we can deliver an intimate, exclusive, engaging, premium experience which enables Vitality invited guests to feel appreciated.

 We were able to make this a fully branded platform which enabled Vitality to be connected with their clients no matter where they were in the world.

We engaged with almost 1,200 guests in total during the 5 shows. We have more than enough capacity to upscale on this for future events. We have enough information now to gauge the drop off rates of RSVP’s and we are working on putting in place a new registration processes to enable us to keep track of those joining the shows easier.

AXA VIP Match Day Management

En2End has been recruited by global insurance firm AXA to manage and deliver their ticketing and VIP hospitality inventory at Liverpool FC.

The En2End team work closely with each AXA country manager to help them design and create bespoke hospitality experiences for each one of AXA’s ticket allocation. We ensure their business objectives and the AXA brand are at the centre of everything we execute maximising the return on their sponsorship investment.

We take care of everything from end to end including event logistics, guest invitation management, ticket allocations, travel services, city experiences and more!

FEDEX UEFA EURO 2020

Wembley Finals Hybrid Experience

The FedEx EURO 2020 experience culminated with a hybrid activity for the 2020 finals in Wembley.

A true hybrid activation, there were a blend of physical & virtually attending guests. Replicating the live experience, virtual attendees took an animated 'walk' down Wembley way through to the Fanzone. The microsite hosted a series of mini games for participants to play, ahead of a pre-match broadcast – viewed by both physical & virtual attendees.

Guests who were lucky enough to be at Wembley got to view a live show with special guest Luis Figo. This was also broadcast around the globe to FedEx Guests and employees who could also take part in the show from home!​

Virtual & hybrid delivery maximised attendance and delivered a more inclusive series of events by offering real-time captions, subtitles, and dubbing in dozens of languages, along with easy access for people’s own attendance preference or restrictions.
