The shows provided Vitality the opportunity to engage with clients, staff and members during a time when it was not physically possible. What we have learned from delivering these online experiences is that we can deliver an intimate, exclusive, engaging, premium experience which enables Vitality invited guests to feel appreciated.
We were able to make this a fully branded platform which enabled Vitality to be connected with their clients no matter where they were in the world.
We engaged with almost 1,200 guests in total during the 5 shows. We have more than enough capacity to upscale on this for future events. We have enough information now to gauge the drop off rates of RSVP’s and we are working on putting in place a new registration processes to enable us to keep track of those joining the shows easier.
